Confirming a booking
Online bookings are confirmed when you see a booking reference on screen. Please save a screenshot. I also try to email the same details. If the email does not arrive, the booking still stands.
Prices and surcharges
Published prices are in Australian dollars. A 10% surcharge applies to Saturday and Sunday appointments. Starts at 9pm or 10pm have a 20% late-session surcharge and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Both surcharges apply when relevant. There is currently no travel fee within 80 km of Warragul.
Travel area
The practice travels up to 80 km from Warragul. If you are near the edge of that area, or in unfamiliar holiday accommodation, call or text 0435 006 925 before booking.
Cancellation and changes
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel, by calling or texting Michael and quoting your booking reference. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged at the booked session rate, especially for evening, weekend and corporate bookings. Corporate bookings have a three-hour minimum.
Payment
Payment is due at the appointment unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. Card, cash or another method Michael confirms on the day may be used. Online booking does not take a deposit.
Your space
You need a private, safe area large enough for a massage table (or a chair for corporate chair massage). Michael supplies the table, towels and waxes. Hotel and glamping guests should confirm that a mobile practitioner may enter the property.
Health and dry needling
Massage is not a medical diagnosis. Tell Michael about relevant health information before treatment. Dry needling is only offered within a massage, with informed consent, and is never a standalone booking.
