Targeted care, without the trip home afterwards.
Remedial massage uses assessment, conversation and hands-on techniques to focus on the areas affecting how you move and feel. Michael Urban brings the table, towels and waxes to homes, hotels and workplaces across Warragul, Drouin, Moe, Pakenham and the wider Gippsland service area.
When remedial massage may suit you
- Persistent muscular tightness or restricted movement
- Work-related neck, shoulder or lower-back tension
- Recovery between physically demanding days
- A treatment that balances focused work with time to settle
What to expect
Your session begins with a brief conversation about what you are noticing, relevant health information and what you would like from the appointment. Pressure and techniques are adjusted throughout, and you remain in control of the treatment.
Dry needling within your massage
Dry needling may be included when Michael considers it appropriate and you provide informed consent. It is offered only as part of a massage appointment—not as a separate booking—and alternatives are always available.
Massage may support comfort and movement, but it does not replace medical diagnosis or emergency care. Speak with your doctor or another appropriate health professional about unexplained, severe or worsening symptoms.
